New CMSO director. HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has appointed Cindy Mann, J.D., to serve as Director of CMS' Center for Medicaid and State Operations. Mann is a research professor at the Health Policy Institute at Georgetown University and director of the Institute's Center for Children and Families.
