Genetically-engineered corn guidance withdrawn

The FDA announced the withdrawal of a 2001 guidance regarding genetically-engineered STARLINK™ corn contamination of other corn, in response to the release by the Environmental Protection Agency of its white paper in which it concluded that the corn had been sufficiently removed from the human food supply.
